My sweater is cute but I don’t think my dog’s is…

My sweater is cute and fits well but I’m not happy with my dogs sweater. I feel like the hearts on the sweater are in the wrong placement & cut off. To me it doesn’t really look like it has hearts on it. It doesn’t look like it matches mine. I have sent an email about this but have not received a response back yet. I even sent pictures of the dog sweater.

  • Shipping

    Processing time is usually 1 - 3 weeks as most of my designs are made-to-order, meaning i don’t have a warehouse of ready-to-ship items. This allows me to have more room to offer more unique designs...that you cant get in everywhere else.

  • Returns

    Custom order returns are not accepted; however, in the event of any mistake on my part, I will gladly provide a replacement. As for standard orders with sizes listed on the website, replacements are accepted.
