While the item itself was fine, beware that despite the description says red and white stripe it is BLUE AND RED STRIPED. I was extremely disappointed receiving the wrong color. The seller was not helpful and told me I could buy another set if i wanted red and white. The seller then went on to tell me returns were not accepted and that she could not refund me. I love to support small businesses, but the customer service was awful! I hope others have a better experience because the product is unique if executed correctly

When I first inquired about the pet shirt arriving by 11/23, the seller advised me to place the order that day to receive it on time. I did so, and also purchased the matching pet owner shirt. Unfortunately, the pet shirt did not arrive by 11/23 as discussed, and now both items are past their estimated delivery date of 12/1. Communication throughout this process has been poor, and the order did not meet the timeframe I was assured of for the pet shirt. Both items arrived 12/4.
